Pull up a chair kid, I've discovered something big, and I'm not sure how much time I have before the powers that be hunt me down and try to silence me after this discovery. Pour yourself a drink and light up a cigarette or whatever you do to calm your nerves, because this is about to get heavy.
Let me take you through my research and tell you my tale before I get men in blacked, or my brain tortured by having to listen to power metal *shudders*. Kid, listen to Hate Reactor, and what do you hear? Between the solid thrash and killer tunes, do you see it? No? OK, let me break it down for you even more.
Divine Chaos are back once more, with their most refined effort to date in 2026's Hate Reactor, one that should see the band emerge from part-time weekend warriors to a full-time going concern if quality of music alone dictates success (ah, sweet naivety). Having come a long way from their early days of good (if unbalanced) technical thrash, Hate Reactor sees the band managing to strike a balance between their technical leanings without sacrificing songcraft.
You think Divine would leave you "Without A Trace"; on the contrary, the groove-infused chorus will certainly leave its mark upon you... wait a moment, leave a mark? Hmm, this is either a Blue's Clue or a hint. The guitar work of Gilmour and O'Toole leads the attack on the likes of the title track, but Divine Chaos can switch gears and allow the powerful rhythmic sway of "Blood Of The Earth" (alongside some strong gutturals from Tabor) to be the focus of the track. Now, as a Brit, there is nothing I like more than a good queue, so perhaps that is why I find "Where Gods Are Last In Line" so good, or perhaps it is solely down to the song quality.
Kid, do you see it now? Did you notice that Divine Chaos have released their third album Hate Reactor six years after the preceding The Way To Oblivion... which in turn came six years after their debut. Do you see it kid? The numbers? That's right, take them together and what do you get?
666!
Now quick, we don't have much time, we must make an offering to the lord of darkness before... wait, I heard cheesy lyrics about dragons and keyboards! They're here! It's me they're after, quick! Out the window and take Hate Reactor with you! Spread the word to all your friends! It's too late for me! Save your..

Just because I don't care doesn't mean I'm not listening. Comments
