I haven't seen it yet, but I've heard very good things about Get Thrashed. I've also seen Until The Light Takes Us about the Norwegian black metal scene, but it's really lacking in that it mostly focuses around Mayhem, Burzum and Darkthrone with a few interviews from Immortal, Satyricon (Frost), Faust of Emperor and Garm of Ulver thrown in. Barely any commentary on modern Norwegian BM and Gorgoroth and Enslaved are completely absent as if they don't exist, plus many other bands.

Hmmm, ok then I have to say he has to look at "Black Metal - A Documnetry" by Bill Zebub productions. "Murder Music: A History of Black Metal" by David Kenny. NRK1 Black Metal Special (TV) mine has subtitles. "Once Upon a Time in Norway" mine has subtitles. "Combat Tour 1985" its about Thrash metal. "Death Metal A Documentary" by Bill Zebub. "MuchMusic Death Metal Special" mine is ripped from a videotape dont know exactly who product or produced or .... "Pagan Music A Documentary" by Bill Zebub. "Thrash Metal Documentary" (Swedish TV) but its almost all in english with swedish subtitles. "Thrashed To Death" (BBC) "Det Svarte Alvor" mine has english subtitles. search maybe there are some more

Btw all the documentaries by Bill Zebub are very bad imo. The sound varies from okay to totally horrendous. And also the way everything is presented just scream NO BUDGET also on the informative aspect.

But as I remember some movies were into both of them dont download same files

The movie was made last year. 2009 It's about the metal in Belo Horizonte. Band like Sepultura and Sarcófago came from this city. I think that the only problem is find a subtitle, cause the interviews in the movie are all in portuguese. www.myspace.com/ruidodasminas

I seen "Until The Light Takes Us" and wasn't so impressed. Anyone knows any documentary where it focuses on Black Metal only? And preferably scenes from regions outside of Norway because am getting bored of all the hype surrounding that scene.
