Quite an interesting poll you've got here, Pyro. My vote would go to Rottenness, because there is nothing that makes me cringe more than a picture of a man butchering his own manhood. It makes me cringe because I certainly do NOT want that to happen to me. Now, for the other choices.

The "Forensick" cover is pretty gnarly, put doesn't give me nightmares. Waco Jesus' "The Demise Of Commercial Scum", I must agree that there sure is a lot going on there, but to me would only reach a 5 out of 10 on the sickness scale. There's something about coprophilia that just doesn't make it rank very high. The Paracoccidioidomicosisproctitissarcomucosis (saying that name is always a mouthful) cover doesn't scare me much. I know it's a torso, but from the angle the picture was taken, it looks more like strawberry jam with teeth. The Torsofuck/Lymphatic Phlegm split cover is actually funny to me. After all, Ed Gein did things to a female corpse that were much worse than what is displayed here. With Disgorged Fetus' "Gorevisions", I've already seen something similar on rotten.com; I presume it's the late stages of the decomposition process. As for Disgorge's "Chronic Corpora Infest", I've already seen autopsy pictures before, so this really isn't too grotesque. LDOH's "Hyms Of Indigestible Suppuration" is a perfect example of "BOOM HEADSHOT!" and this doesn't make me want to hurl any time soon. Finally, with the 4-way split, all I have to say is "yo' mamma is so fat, that if they tried to impale her on a meathook, it would bring down the entire ceiling!"

Of course go back to the goregrind, grindcore, gorecore albums always please me, the Disgorge albums covers are some of my favorites, i have seen all those before but the Waco Jesus one.

Some of those i know for a fact are fake they were done in either photoshop or with another program, so some of them are in fact fake which does not make them as sickening as you think, i know Disgorge Foreskin is a real pic i dont know where from but its real, and it gets my vote. But i admit that Waco Jesus one had me going i was really really sickened, it is fake you can tell, but its on a diffrent level of sickening, its not just the gore anymore its with the whole shit and diarreah thing which adds a whole new aspect to it, it belong its a group with Torsofucks - Erotic Diarreah Fantesty. But yes, im glad someone knows real sickening covers, other then Cannibal Corpse covers.
