It was pretty good; the vocals were kind of buried in the mix during Soot, but other than that, just as consistent as The Anaesthete.

I really liked the buried vocals. Gave them a distant feel which really enhanced the depth. More bands should use vocals in such a way. Great EP.

Yeah, I think the vocals should be a part of the music, more integrated, than stand out on its own. Like Converge does it for example.

Definitely. Lots of music has been ruined by having too prominent vocals.
