Judas Priest - Confirm US, Canada Tour With Uriah Heep

Two English heavy metal legends are joining forces on the road. Next year, Birmingham's Judas Priest and London's Uriah Heep will tour in the USA and Canada during May and June. Both bands have new albums to present: Judas Priest's Firepower and Uriah Heep's Living The Dream.

Says Judas Priest in a statement: "Metal maniacs ? Judas Priest is roaring back to the USA for one more blast of Firepower! 'Firepower' 2019 charges forth with new first time performances born out of Firepower, as well as fresh classic cuts across the decades from the Priest world metalsphere. Our visual stage set and light show will be scorching a unique, hot, fresh vibe ? mixing in headline festivals, as well as the in-your-face venue close ups. We can't wait to reunite and reignite our maniacs... The Priest is back!"

Glenn is back or is he still replaced by Andy Sneap?

As far as I'm aware, he's always there when they play, but only on stage for the encores as extra guitarist, no full shows.

Glenn appears for a few songs in some shows only, he did not play at all when I saw them in summer. And as sbgmetal said above, Saxon put up a better performance.

I'm not sure how I feel about this..........It's a strange paring to me.

Judas Priest and Deep Purple, I can sort of understand......I don't know
