Yeah, just not getting it, this feels like such an afterthought, from the song construction to the production. The fact that the .:. "track" was even included in this shows what a low effort release this is; I'm amazed they're actually charging money for it (6 dollars for a short, poorly recorded jam session lol). Just listen to Howls of Ebb's 'The Marrow Veil' instead for some real improv music.
