anyways, about anorexics .. i read that depriving yourself from eating disrupts your hormone levels and makes anorexic girls more hairy, with tinier boobs and hips, sometimes they stop having their *lovely time of the month* .. and in some occsions enlargment of a certain 'unpleasent' part occurs...
so, anorexics are free from any femininity that some of them basically turn into guys xD lol

Anorexics piss me off ...... i eat whatever i want anytime i want ... i just work out ... and i got no problem....... i remember the time i ate 12 slices of pizza yum =) wheres the fat?? =D

i'm kinda like that too, only problem is i can't put on muscle either. there are 3 somatic types of the human body, and not everyone is lucky enough to have the desired type.

for example, i am an ectomorph, which means that i don't have a huge appetite, but my body also just won't deposit the excess fat/proteins somewhere and either consumes it or throws it away so to speak. that is why people consider me to be very skinny most of the times.
the "typical male image" isn't like that, so i faced quite a bit of teasing for something that was never my own fault for not being muscular and broad, but i don't bother anymore these days.

a mesomorph(like you, i presume) for some reason the body only deposits muscle tissue and "throws away" the fat in the food. for that reason most mesomorphs have athletic bodies and unsurprisingly, lots of them are also professional sportsmen.

an endomorph has to eat very little and still will be either not very muscular or downright fat. that is the condition most "fat chicks" live in.

there are advantages and disadvantages to every one of these types.

an ectomorph never has to worry about excess fat/cholesterol but building a fit body is extremely difficult.

a mesomorph is obviously at the best advantage but you must not forget that maintaining a positive "psychological body image" is very difficult these days and in trying to maintain that there are people who spiral into steroid use or eating disorders.

an endomorph has to eat very little and can still exercise without problems but there is always the risk of negative body image and cholesterol/fat/cosmetic problems.


i am NOT trying to say any one of these is better than the other. in order to live a fulfilling life, you have to learn to be cool with what "nature has given you"(or at least not try to obsessively change it to some dream reality like the girl in the video) and only then would you be on the path to a happy existence on this earth.

Somebody told me a story about a guy who was very skinny and hated being in the millitary.... ended up eating so much purposely to get millitary discharged and was able to accomplish his goal in becoming so obese that he could no longer stay in there.... so i guess it is humanly possible to go both ways no matter wat metabolism we were born with ..... unless you are like this girl

How much of a factor metabolism plays in someone's weight, differs from person to person. Everybody's different. I once knew a guy who was skinny, and hated it. Yet he ate like a horse but couldnt put any weight on. We used to say we wished we could swap metabolisms. lol I think most people are capable of going both ways, though in a lot of cases, metabolism is playing a role. Its definitely far harder for some people to put on (or lose) weight than it is for others.

And yep, that does suck...

Haha, very funny.

The most amount of pizza slices Ive ever eaten is 5, and even then I struggle to eat them all, and definitely couldnt eat any more. There's absolutely no way I could eat 10 or 12, thats just insane.

Pretty weak eaters here, I can eat 12 slices pretty easily, and I guess I'm a pretty normal guy with 1.80m and 77kg

I am a weak eater, yet I put on weight very easily. lol I hate it.

IDK who has a bigger possibility to get fat - a girl or a boy (it usually starts early... or after pregnancy). Hmm... Well, I'm betting on girls 'cause there are lots of them who think that sport is for guys or that breaking a nail whilst playing basketball will lead to an unfortunate love-life. So, yeah, less activities, more fat & heart problems or maybe that's not the most common reason... just assuming.
Anyway, if talking about fat men, there are plenty of women together with fat men or... I don't know, maybe you just think women are fat when they're 5 kilos over their perfect weight so you count them in as fat women with anything-but-not-fat boyfriends. Anyway, I'd say fat men are more fun loving. Really. And it fucking works. I'm not sure about myself, haven't dated anyone fat enough to call him fat but if he's not funny and doesn't even consider doing stupid things he's totally out of my list, haha.
