Not sure why you brought up the Raptors since they aren't relevant. If anything you could have at least went for Toronto FC, the local Major League Soccer team.

Never been to or lived in any of Canada's territories - just the provinces. The only one I haven't spent significant time in is Nova Scotia.

I don't know what the Copa America is but I'm assuming it's some kind of football tournament? If so, I wouldn't invest too much hope in the Canadian squad, unless the women go too.

Also it was obvious that they wouldn't dominate the league just like that...it takes time to build a team and get accustomed to eachother, the new manager and his methods and tactics, but i'm not convinced Van Gaal's approach with 3 at the back is the right one. Especially since they don't have that "commanding" type of center back who can organize the whole defence and also, probably the biggest problem which exists for several years and still hasn't been addressed is that they don't have a "ball winning" nor a "box to box" midfielder...
