The "Knockoff" single was awesome, the "Motorbike" single was astonishingly bad. Anticipation is high, I'm excited to hear how the whole thing sounds.

I don't mind synth-pop now and then. The atmosphere is pretty cool for the most part, and her vocals are fine, but holy crap the lyrics are awful. "Knockoff" especially is an absolutely abysmal song. Certainly not the worst I've heard this year, and I'd still probably listen to this again over about half the albums I've listened to this year.

Well I'm afraid my critique won't go farther than "it's pop". Nothing against it, but I really don't care. The previous releases had more edge I think

IMHO, this is the worst album I've heard this year so far (with no disrespect to the artist of course), and not just because it's synth pop either, I just don't dig her vocals at all, and the lyrics and overall songwriting just isn't working for me at all

Pop to be good needs to be catchy. Otherwise it's just radio music, which is... bleh.
