I thought it was a good job on this occasion the sound is more hard rock, very Billy Idol style songs and dare I say a hint of gothic country on the song "This Murder Takes Two".

Got a couple of beers while I was listening the songs and I found the album it's pretty decent. If you like The 69 Eyes, you just like them. They are damn good in their style.

Wow its killer starts whit strong song, band can write killer singles and songs still they can. Then gets a bit softer, then ends not good as starts, but kills.
First 2 on album are classics, can enter in that category.

Yes, the first half is great. Then it sort of lost me.

I might disagree about first 2 albums , they need re record those, but last 2 songs on this was OK to me.

Not a fan of this album, have to admit it... It opens up prominently, the eponymous track really takes me back to Paris Kills time, alongside Dying in The Night and Something Real. The rest really does nothing to me. The duet with Kat Von D feels more like a publicity stunt than trying to achieve something new in their sound & the whole Billy-Idol-vibe of the album doesn't appeal to me.

The title track and a few other songs are indeed excellent. Too bad the rest of the album as you say doesn't keep that standard. I miss Paris Kills too..

Very big dissapoitment to me

The 69 Eyes as always made an album not bad but not something wow.

"This Murder Takes Two" and "Drive" are two clear favorites for me from this album. They both differ a little in style from each other but are very good. The album is solid.
