Hey, How do I link a list to a comment I post? TIA

Do you mean a signature? You can go to "Edit Profile" and enter a "Signature". Links are constructed in the normal way with, for example:
[ url ]https://google.com[ / url ] (without spaces)
Or: [ url= https://google.com ]google[ / url ] (without spaces)

I've tried that but it doesn't highlight the link so people can actually click on it

I've posted a few times now where my list is at the bottom of the comment but it's faded, not highlighted

I have done the trick for you in your profile now. You didnt put any url-syntax, you just wrote text. F3ynman2000 provided the correct way to proceed above. You need to quote messages in order to reveal its underlying syntax. Then you can copy and modify it.
