The atmosphere is weirdly fun!

I'm guessing this band is strongly influenced by Deathspell Omega, it certainly has a similar dissonant effect, the rhythms are chaotic, and there's a dark, powerful, unsettling energy behind it. It's pretty impressive to create something completely intriguing, yet deeply uncomfortable at the same time.

Hive Mind Narcosis is at times incoherent & confusing and as mentioned in the comments above it certainly has plenty of creepy, uncanny, mysterious, dark and cold dissonant atmosphere. Solar Witch is a perfect example of that & it`s my favourite song so far. Currently I am torn with a dilemma whether or not this album deserves 8 or 9. It definitely has a potential for 9. I just need to comprehend it as a whole first

If Blut Aus Nord and Deathspell Omega combined, this would be the band. Strange sounding but really great album.

I don't remember being particularly impressed by their debut, but this one is really scratching the itch I have for oddball black metal. Meanders a bit too much at times but overall highly enjoyable

I get big Liturgy vibes from this. Doesn't really connect with me though.

I get people trying to assign the sound of Thantifaxath in terms of modern Black metal and comparing them to their experimental peers but in terms of this album it is really beyond the point. This is an album that doesnt sacrifice engagement and quality just to sound more out there and that is really an impressive feat.
