Produced, mixed and mastered by Will Putney at Graphic Nature Audio with assistance from Steve Seid.

The album was originally going to be released on September 15th, but the band delayed its release date due to some transphobic statements by their vocalist CJ McMahon.
The band decided to remove his parts from the digital release and re-record the vocals with Tyler Miller.

On the album's new release date (September 22nd), the band announced the dismissal of CJ McMahon.
For the physical releases of the album, CJ's vocals remained.

Something about Godlike reminds me of the new Orbit Culture record.

Asshole move from the band, both for fans, the old and new vocalist. All digital copies have the new guy (Aversion's Crown's vocalist) singing, and you can tell he is doing a cover from Cj, which makes poor impression on the guy. The band only announced it on release day because of the pre-orders, and this move may make Cj only get profit from the phyisical copies.
About the record, 7/10 because the vocals drag it for me (not the guys fault, I hear his other stuff and I know his singing style is different, it really feels like he's covering CJ, but he isn't exactly the guy for that), but I bet that if I hear the physical version, it's a 8/10, maybe 9/10. Musically seems great.

My support to McMahon. Scene right now is sooo fucking lame and disgusting. I just listen to the music I like but I couldn't care less about people in the scene or lyrics in the songs I listen to.

People claim metal is against order, government, big companies,... But when a member of a metal band claim something against something driven by those companies and government everybody defend those companies and goverment as if their fucking lives were at stake.

TLDR:
- Metal goes against government.
- Government says 'A'.
- Metal band member says 'B'.
- Metal listeners: OMFG HOW COULD HE SAY 'B' INSTEAD OF 'A'??? WHAT A BIGOT, BANISH HIM!!!!!

Or maybe it wasn't what he said but the way he said it and publicly at that. And we don't know what he's been saying to his bandmates and people around him. The comment in social media might've just been the tip of the iceberg and it was the final drop that made the band unable to stand behind him. I hardly think they kicked him out because of one single comment on Instagram.

Pretty average overall. I feel like they've been making the same album for several years. Also interesting that I couldn't tell the difference between the new vocalist and CJ, even after I read the news of him being removed. Maybe this'll be a chance for some revitalization.

I still can't get over the fact that Jesse Beahler left Black Crown Initiate to join this mess...

If they've actually done the entire 're-record vocals, and remix and remaster' process in 1 week as it sounds like, that's quite an impressive turnaround. I don't know the band's previous stuff well enough to tell if the new vocalist makes much of a difference, but the album itself is fairly mundane for the most part - the only tracks that stood out were Everything Unwanted and Bermuda for dabbling with some cleaner tones

Never liked their stuff much, this album wasn’t really different. Not sure how I feel about their drama… on the one hand kudos to them for standing firm in their beliefs, on the other very shady to not tell the fans til release and not give the guest vocalist adequate time to write new lyrics or practice the ones they had. It certainly dragged the album down a bit.

This is a lot of drama for such a short amount of time for us fans and I am shocked right now. just read the news and now I am desperately trying to get used to new vocals. I started with "blood throne" and surprisingly the vocals fit really well and actually, in some parts, he is better but I can not say the same for "join me in armageddon" and "keres". these songs feel a bit rushed and i guess cj's vocal style totally dominated my ears. i might have listened them too much with cj's anyways they are one of my fav bands. i feel weird right now.

I really liked this album. Would have preferred CJ but oh well. New guy is good, he's just not CJ.
