This has certainly taken me by surprise, it's a great album indeed. It's so dark and powerful, yet creepy as hell. The riffs are bone crushingly doomy, but are interesting and not at all generic, the sound is amazing and the growls are insane! Mackintosh has done a mighty fine job here

Better than the new Bloodbath album for sure. A Begotten Son is the best track, at least for me.
