Stutham nice film, yakuza, triads, fbi... end was trilling, well , never have seen it before

I finally watched Django Unchained and I loved it. It was funny, it was bloody, it looked gorgeous and it kept my interest all the way through. I haven't enjoyed a Tarantino film this much since Pulp Fiction. Also, unlike what Kareem Abdul Jabbar wrote, this film did indeed reflect meaningful insight into the subject of slavery and its power relations. I cannot recommend this film highly enough.

The Big Short.
Enjoyable stuff. Cast was great, Bale is as always fucking awesome and really like Steve Carell too. I think it goes a neat job in explaining simply the economics involved, bringing back not so good memories from when I had to study that crap. I also think the non conventional filming parts, like the very beginning weirdness and those random parenthesis of famous people explaining stuff, were brilliant.

Mmmm Deadpool starts off strong but unfortunately peters out after the halfway mark. Nonetheless, still a fun film, overall.

Yes I probably appreciate it a lot for how close to the comics they've made it. It's the closest I've ever felt while watching a superhero movie that I'm reading the comic itself.

100% Agreed. Also I feel that all DiCaprio is able to do is scream and shout angrily, he's just overdoing a lot of simple emotions. I don't really enjoy it a lot.

But he ate a raw fish! He's clearly the best actor of our generation.

The Good The Bad and The Ugly (1966)

Damn, this movie is too long. Not nearly as interesting as the first two in the dollars saga. I managed to get 2/3rds into the movie but I don't know how the remaining part is going to justify this as a legendary movie. Surprisingly unlike I expected it to be, this trilogy seems to get less good with each film. The only thing excellent about this is the unbelievably cool score by Ennio Morricone.

Watched it almost a month back just for Ron Howard. I exactly got what I wanted from this movie going in and surprised it did so poorly at the box office.

Latest Steven movie, nice one, made in E Europe, movie says Odessa but dunno, Poland, might be well best budget film, was a lot of money, nice girls and 3 his films ends like girl dancing around him and wants and like all his films, ''I am out, lets do man to man'

Pusher (1996)

Watched it for Winding Refn and Mads Mikkelsen. And damn, what an experience it was. The handheld camera style filming, cool 90's electronic-big beat inspired soundtrack and the very gritty, violent and authentic portrayal of drug dealers by the actors especially Mads and Kim Bodnia were all outstanding. Keep in mind though, this is not a sort of the usual drama films, it moves at a rapid pace and sort of fast paced action-filled thriller. And danish sounds really cool too. Practically it had everything I was looking for a in a movie where my current taste is progressing towards. So really excited to go to the next two in the trilogy.

John Wick (2014)

Incredibly fun movie. I really enjoyed at how over-the-top the main character is portrayed and it was the usp of the movie. The gunfights were really good as well and loved the blue colored neo-noir tone of the film.
