Hi. There has been some misunderstanding. I said that this poll is intended mainly for boys. That means that there are more probabilities that boys vote and comment on it other than girls. But I did not say that you girls can't vote. You are absolutely free to do it, of course. I am not sexist at all. I was a bit surprised that any girl commented on it and feared that perhaps you women thought that I did not want you to post or vote. Everybody is o.k. to express his-her opinion.

Other thing is your comment about comparing breast sizes to decide for one actress or another....Well...I did not say most beautiful, most elegant, nicest or most fit actress...I said "most gorgeous" and at this point breast size is kind of important at least for us men.

No, if I say a girl looks stunningly, astoundingly <insert adjective here> gorgeous, its meant as a compliment and not because I'm being Simba .

Well it's good to have attention from men, but if we are just only a piece of meat in your eyes... we can be furies too, you know. And secondly - it's up to each girl too.

Men are more talking about the looks, but women - about inner personality. I guess it's meant to be like that.

I think there are some guys who look at things like personality as well. Of course, looks is the initial thing that draws the attention but at the end of the day, I think all serious relationships come down to personality of the people involved rather than anything else.

Relationships - yes, but have you thought about relationship with an actress? Okay, don't answer to this. Sure, my guess is that for guys the personality is coming just after the looks (when you've noticed all the small stuff in the girl's looks). I mean, if she hadn't long legs, you would ask her out? I think I know guys who probably won't, just because she hasn't long legs (now that's really an end of the world).

I've always had a crush on the girl in "Friends". Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox Arquette and Lisa Kudrow... oh yeah...

I tend to find something or other nice about the person, but thats just me lol.. The shallowness varies from person to person I reckon. You'll probably find that true for both genders.

As for a relationship with an actress, you'll find that quite a number of them are extraordinarily beautiful women but some can have personalities that simply make the venture unworthy of its promise. Hence it depends on the actress

I think I should have included Zeta Jones My mistake. I like Zeta Jones very much. I did not include her because she is a bit MILF now. However, Salma is even older. Also, because Zeta is more elegant other than gorgeous compared to the others in the poll, but she is quite gorgeous.
Also Beyoncé. I love her. She is so beautiful. However, she is not really an actress, but a singer.
Other ones that need to be consider are Tyra Banks, Cameron Diaz, Eva Longoria, Charisma Carpenter -Buffy, Angel series- and Megan Fox -transformers-. She has been voted in many webs as the most sexiest of 2009. Others quite sexy are Keeley Hazell, Holly Valance, Gemma Atkinson, Kelly Brook, though these last are not that known.

Apart from everything, there was room just for 8 -I had to put the option Other- and the only one I really regret that I did not include is Zeta Jones instead of Liv Tyler for instance, as I just added this last one, cos I guessed it would be one of the most voted for you people for her character in LOTR -movies that many metalheads like- and for being kind of related to the metal scene for her father.

However, my ever favourite -small as she is- is Pamela Anderson, though her interpretation skills do not match her gorgeousness.

I agree. Acting wise I think she sweeps the floor with most of these other nominees though.

Well, Angelina is the best of these acting IMO. Her interpretation in The Changeling is astonishing, though Halle for instance in Gothika and Charlize are not that bad either.

However, my favourite actresses -acting- are Jodie Foster -Nell- and Nicole Kidman -Dogsville, The Others and in Virginia Woolf's movie can't remember the name-.

The problem for some actresses is the same as their main value: her beauty or sexyness. Producers and directors will exploit their main "features" putting them in roles of silly gorgeous women, as prejudices tell us that pretty women are stupid... though what is stupid is that prejudice. Marilyn Monroe and Sharon Stone had and have an intelligence coeficient much higher than average.
Nevertheless, they will just offer just roles of stupid women and, anyways, I can't imagine Marilyn Monroe making a role of Lady Macbeth or Queen Elizabeth.

I did not think in Scarlet Johannson when the poll was created. I almost did not know her. Now I have seen that she is considered as quite sexy in other websites as the one of the magazine FHM that published the a 100 list of the most gorgeous women and she is featured in the 6th or 7th. Anyways I prefer the ones I put initially except Liv Tyler perhaps.
