This one gets my vote. There is nothing more disgusting than a dead fetus/baby halfway inside the dead mother.

There is a lot going on in this album and provides you with longer viewing pleasure.

It wouldn't surprise me if the cover is fake or real, but I doubt they would be able to hire people shitting on each other lol, but who knows. I also didn't look at the cover long enough to determine whether or not it's fake. Even if it is fake, it's still nasty as fuck.

Most of them didn't really scare/shocked me because I'm quite used to bowels, blood, corpses and so on and don't really make a difference between animal or human bodies. I had already seen the Torsofuck cover which had made me smile, but this Waco Jesus album is just eeeeewwwwwwwwww  I guess it gets my vote

Also, Witchtomb (I think) released a CD in a bag of vomit apparently. Don't know how many of you will have seen this crash but this is the fairly imfamous accident involving Tom Pryce, a formula 1 driver, and one of the marshals. Would make a good intro to a music video but blink and you'll miss it.
