It is the summer of 1992 and Katatonia is a young melancholic band in the studio recording their new EP Jhva Elohim Meth... The Revival for the following year. At this point, the members are in their late teens and are a much different band than the one who will go on to release more "contemporary" opuses such as Viva Emptiness and Dead End Kings.

As it was demo at 1th , its damn awesome, you can heard in beginning even not knowing how all went this band will be a super prommisng band

There's not a lot to this but if you're a sucker like I am for Katatonia's sound during their early days and want a bit more of that then it's really good. I even prefer this version of Without God because the vocals stay steady instead of jumping between different ranges like in the album version. Quite a solid debut for this band and I've certainly heard EPs that were less satisfying.
