My favorite from this list would ahev to be Winter Madness by Wintersun, its an awsome song by jsut an amazing band, great riffs, really well put together and the vocals are amazing on it.

Agalloch's 'Falling Snow' counts as 'song about winter'?  That song is beautiful, oh, and so is 'Antarctica' by Immortal, especially the beginning of it.

Ive heard bands made music about winter much than those listed here !! ofc wintersun's winter madness still the headline on those listed !! but simply there is bunch of great bands that use to make the winter atmosphere and lyrically real presented in there songs and well effectif !!! i dont have to start and list !! maybe could take me a day and half !! Sooo those who have lisned to metal very well and not only stuck btw COF , COB and dimmu ...knows the answer ....!!
