I'd be a mix of gothic-melo-folk.
I love the upbeat/catchy sound and vocals of Melodic & Folk, and the dark but not..."evil" themes of Gothic metal.

'Tis true, a very interesting thread! Well, I guess I'd be Gothic Metal with a bit of Symphonic / Atmospheric and a teensy bit of Power...why? Because I like all of those genres the most and think they'd fit my personality best. Gothic because I'm melancholic and a disillusioned romantic, Symphonic because my personality is as diverse as a lush orchestration with many instruments, Atmospheric because I can feel a whole palette (sorry if it's written wrong) of emotions and Power because I can at times be a very energetic and fun person and also, like someone before me said, I like to be in my dream world as well. I know, I know, a really strange and untr00 combination, but that's what I'd be.

I would be Viking Folk Metal And Battle Metal with a few trolls thrown in because strongly believe in never backing down and not being afraid of a fight. I'll fight anybody. And a little troll metal cause I have a strange facination with trolls and i love woods and swamps.

Mmm ill be a mix of industrial and black,maybe with some sympho parts here and there

Melodic Death Metal. Because... I don't know why... But it was the first genre that came to my mind so I guess that I am Melodic Death Metal.

I would be a Brutal folk/viking death metal with some melodic elements from hungarian folk songs. And maybe with some goth-love themes to pick up some chicks

Ahh... Interesting thread. I'd say slightly Doomish/Gothicish/Black Metal describes me best. Like, 15% Doom, 15% Gothic and 70% BM. Man, that would be something...

Whatever dark metal genres there are, because of my misanthropic, depressive, dark tendencies. I think that would be blackened symphonic doom. Mixed with some thrash whenever I'm around people that can get me excited. Or some industrial whenever I'm feeling really mechanical. But my complexity could make me progressive..hmmm.

I think I'd probably be some sort of prog/technical/avantgarde metal. I usually am pretty off-the-wall with most of my words and actions. I usually try to keep things interesting during an average day of my life. I also like to think of myself as a very analytical and complex person. I also like to think that I'm not a boring, cliché, tool bag like most people I come across in my everyday life.
