Quite a dumb bandname but the album sounds nice.

Who here likes Bal-Sagoth? I found this while searching for Clandestine Cuts but it is a short full-length, not EP. It is also at 'name your price'.

Some weird psychedelic mix of black metal, drone, indus, post-punk, electro, ambient and eastern stuff by Guillaume Cazalet of Neptunian Maximalism fame. Quite the hallucinatory trip:

Depressive suicidal stoner doom. (DSSD)

Basically it's stoner doom with exaggerated vocals. Pretty good.

Interesting avantgarde black metal huh.. project/thing from Turkey:

It sounds a bit more varied than I'd like a single album to sound, but each piece is pretty solid.
Mostly sort of an avantgardish raw black metal similar to Burzukh, but the vocals get a bit exaggerated like almost DSBMish at times

I'm not much of a doom guy, but when they mix jazz like this it's kinda interesting:

An inbetween blend of DSBM and huh... screamo/emocore.
Sorta interesting. Don't know if I enjoy it or not yet

As if I didn't get enough with the great full-length from april. Auld Ridge will release another new album in late December.

This is either a very chaotic and heavy noise rock or a dissonant avantgarde tech death of some sort. Either way, I'm taking it

Reminds me of Outworlder or BVDK, except that without the atmo part
