Same, though I also do it black with sugar half of the time.

I also like creamy, sweet, bullshit coffees, too, but mainly I just stick to coffee that's as black and bitter as my existence.

I'm in London, UK, but I'm all about that Japanese Matcha tea, whisking it until it's frothy... Why?

I used to drink my Coffee with milk and sugar, nowadays I drink it black, and can't stand the taste of coffee with milk and sugar.

No office morning is complete without black coffee Tim Tam slam...

I don't ever drink coffee but if I ever drank it frequently, I'd have to go with a nice, bitter taste.

I drink tea straight up with nothing in it, unless it's Hong Kong style milk tea. Coffee with milk and sugar but I'm not really a coffee drinker.

I like Starbucks Caramel coffee with milk and sugar and very hot of course..8-]]

Decaf green or white tea no sugar and no milk. Maybe oolong or black tea with a little milk if its the morning after a concert and I have to leave for work.

Cream with high amount of fat in it. But in terms of taste I just prefer cream instead of coffee. Few years ago I was wondering why I even drink the stuff, because it doesn't make me feel well afterwards, affects sleeping in a negative way, causes the adrenals to release noradrenaline and it just gets you hooked on repeated releases of dopamin it gives you and changes your emotional state when you drink it. I get why people do it; they wanna be more efficient and alert and that's why they keep the habit going, but do they ever question it?

The problem is that quitting is really hard and the cravings can be really hard too. I have been trying to go no coffee and no caffeine and it's a struggle. I would like to just quit the habit and use the brain's reward/motivation chemistry to do something useful and worthwhile instead of just waiting for the next dose of dopamin release by some bean juice.

Arm i drink coffee only at my work since it's for free one per day and tee twice per week. If I am free same once per day. Expensive and I don't like taste of it anymore.
