The Berzerker's Drummer is tooooo damn fast and so are Hellhammer and George Kollias . and then Raymond Herrera, Dave Lambardo, Joe Jordison are good Drummers too.

I'm still learning basics and the fact that my drum instructor no longer teaches (to pursue his dream of playing pop/ rock) doesn't help too much! I will learn as much as I can on my own and from watching! Hellhammer is badass and he's got great technique, Flo Mounier is also a legend behind his kit! T.Thelemnar isn't the fastest of drummers, but he definitely mixes is up a bit. His drumming will keep you interested.

i would probably pick Frost. up there in my book are, Maxence Pilo (formerly of Heavenly), Ventor (Kreator), Hellhammer and some other people that i cant think of because i'm retarded.

I know in the video he's all like "I can't join a band because I have to work on this every day" But I think that it's a real waste of potential if he doesn't put that speed, skill, and precision to work making music, and not just trying to hold on to a record.

^ Yes that guy (Tim Waterson)is really amazing and deserves props, but actually he's not playing any particular rhythms - he's just doing linear drum rolls... Although i'm sure that with feet like that he MUST be good at all-round playing as well. Anyway to stick to the topic i think it was mentioned before but that guy from Panzerchrist received some award endorsing him with the 'fastest drummer' title. Personally i don't think you can name the single fastest drummer in metal because there are too many disciplines to take into consideration: someone might be the fastest on double-bass while another could be the fastest blaster etc. Anyway, i've heard some people submit that Chris Adler or Joey Jordinson are the fastest drummers. C'mon let's not get ahead of ourselves here people! Those two drummers are really great, with the former being wonderfully innovative, but certainly they cannot compete with the likes of Mike Hamilton or Helhammer when it comes to speed!

I don't know if anyone has mention it before... but.. the fastest drummer is Max Kolesne from Krisiun.. wtf, hasn't everyone listened to Evil Mastermind... The fastest drummer, and from Ijuí, right next to my hometown
