I think angst is more like the opposite of thrash. Angst is probably more doom than anything.

I'd be Metalcore, because teenage girls have an odd fascination with me.

But personality wise I'd be avant garde, because I'm weird and I'm constantly changing moods and contradicting myself.

Well, the genres I prefer musically are not necessarily the answer to this topic's question. I just chose 'Avantgarde' because I sometimes like to think differently and in ways that others don't consider. And I chose 'Atmospheric' due to my kind of calm nature, that keeps most of its thoughts to itself, if that makes any sense at all.
