Luna by Moonspell

I don't find that to be depressive at all. I just see Luna as a cheesy song. But maybe that's because it played it Portugal non-stop.

I think I find it depressive is because I was going through a rough divorce when I first heard it, and from then on I kind of relate that song to that particular period of my life.

I can understand that. I just think that the radio play ruined that song for me, I can't listen to it objectively.

"A Question Of Heaven" by Iced Earth... The entire Drak Saga album, really.

''Through Her Eyes'' from Dream Theater's Scenes From A Memory is simply the saddest thing i've heard so far.

Damn touching song, we feel just like the character. Beautiful song.

Silent Pain by Sins of Thy Beloved, can be relaxing or depressing depending my mood, beautiful all the same.

The most depressing song i know is clearly "shape of deaspair-...to live for my death..."...the whole thing of being and living is just reduced as a road straight to death, nothing less or more.

Anything by Opeth gets me.

And of course Fade to Black by Metallica, which is probably their best ballad.

Not really a metal ballad but more ofa hard rock ballad and that is really fucking depressive is Only Women Bleed by Alice Cooper
