The entire post-metal genre peaked with that final track. Anything that came after was just unnecessary

This is the first post-metal album not made by Isis that I tolerate. What a beauty, how did I miss this. The final track is crushing, been listening to it on repeat the whole evening. It might not dethrone So Did We, but it is a hallmark of the genre for sure, one at the very top of it.
