For a comeback album I think this is pretty damn awesome, especially for the thrash metal genre. For the most part this album is consistent, explosive and well written, though some songs are evidently more cohesive than others. My personal favourite would be 'Spirit', a song which has stunning vocal delivery (as always) but also never lacks that vicious metal bite from the rhythm section.

This shit kicks so much ass. Is better than the debut. Is more melodic and aggressive.

One of the bay area classics IMO. Strong songs and strong production; the guitars sound amazing here. I must say that the album didn't appeal at all when I heard it the first time ? maybe I was expecting more of a pure 100% thrash album ? but after a couple of listens I realized it's one of their best works when I wasn't expecting for an another "The Ultra-Violence".
