Doom/gothic metallers The Foreshadowing have released a song, a cover version of "The Rains Of Castamere" whose original music was written by Ramin Djawadi and George R. R. Martin. It's just a tribute to the Game Of Thrones series that the band recorded and mixed while working on the new album and is now sharing.

The Foreshadowing has been working hard on the songwriting process for the new album which will follow Second World. According to the band, the new album will be released around the end of the year.

I like this version more than the original.

What a great cover, the atmosphere of the song works really well. Would be great if this cover is on the next album.
