German heavy metal band Macbeth (GER) recently announced the departure of the band's drummer Simon Mengs, who has been part of the band for the last 13 years. Macbeth (GER) also expressed their gratitude and thanked him for the fantastic years they spent together. Not taking too long, the band already introduced Steffen Adolf (ex-Narziss) as their new drummer.

Simon stated: "I want to thank all fans and friends for numerous amazing gigs and the great time we spent together. It was always a pleasure to perform for you. And to my beloved friends and band mates from Macbeth (GER): Onwards and upwards!"
