Cristina Adriana Chiara Scabbia (born June 6, 1972 in Milan, Italy) is one of two vocalists in the Italian gothic metal band Lacuna Coil. She also is an advice columnist alongside former Pantera member Vinnie Paul in the popular rock magazine Revolver. Although she attracts a lot of attention for her attractive appearance, Cristina has said that the biggest compliment that a fan could pay her would be to remark on her vocal abilities.
Cristina was once engaged to fellow Lacuna Coil bandmate, bassist Marco Coti Zelati, but their relationship has since come to an end, though they remain in the same band. She is now dating James Root from American based groups Slipknot/Stone Sour.
