Very generic and standard mid-2000's metalcore and rock, it feels like a time machine to the days when this style was popular. It's like they took random songs from The Poison and Fever and mixed them into one album. Take those two sentences how you will, either in a good or bad way. Because you're on MS it will likely be in a bad way. I found it fun but forgettable. Song quality is inconsistent, the singles are definitely the best songs but the entire album is pretty frontloaded in general. Better than Fever and Temper Temper at least.
