For those curious about Abbath's self-titled debut album, there is new music to be heard today. The new black metal band formed and fronted by former Immortal guitarist/vocalist/crab walker Abbath is readying the release of their forthcoming first full-length release. As January 22nd approaches, today you can spin the new tune "Ashes Of The Damned" for another taste of the material.

Pretty standard for abbath it seems... if this and previous two songs were the best on that album i would not bet on this being album of the year/the album we were waiting for so much....

or as would this guy put it:
