It's a nice album, but I'm quite disappointed none of the other tracks lived up to 'Hold My Breath'. Maybe I'm just pining for Yeah Yeahs Yeahs' noisier art rock days.

Decent effort, not sure that I agree with the tag of the band though. Progressive is maybe ok but some sort of doom should be added as well.

I agree that there is a huge doom vibe, though they just don't do things in any sort of normal way, which makes them hard to classify. It also makes them AWESOME. And don't ever miss a chance to see them live! When people love their music and love playing it, it can be a bit transcendent to watch.

I haven't quite made the emotional connection to this that I have to Captain's Daughter, but it's still pretty wonderful. This is a very special band.
