Scanner - Ball Of The Damned

The songs are missing something, which was also the case on the previous album. Frankly the only strong song is the Queen cover.

Another strong one by Scanner. Pretty nice to hear Ralf Scheepers on the opening track as he was supposed to sing the first album (and you can hear him doing the backing vocals on that record). Great Queen cover and real nice cover art. Favourite tracks are Frozen Under The Sun, We Start It Tomorrow and the title track

Very strong album. The best song for me is "Frozen After The Sun"! The pre-chorus part is something you would play in a movie while a phoenix is rising from its ashes! I also like the part where only the drums and vocals play and you hear that satisfying double-pedal Master of Disguise drum part!
