After a promising year with their album, Adversary Omnipotent, American extreme metallers Enfold Darkness have sad and very tragic news to share, as the band's bassist Todd Honeycutt has committed suicide. He was only 30 years-old. Condolences to his friends and family.

The band posted via Facebook: "Our brother Todd, who performed on our latest album, has taken his own life. I wish that we could give you a better sounding statement - we are all still in disbelief. If you are able to chip in, let's get him back to his family in South Carolina."




Their label The Artisan Era also posted: "Our thoughts go out to all of the friends and family of Todd Honeycutt and Enfold Darkness. Remember to love your friends and love yourself."
