Halloween Albums From Best To Worst

Thumbs up: +1
A cult heavy metal band with some great albums, a whole lot of classic songs and sadly a short and quite uneven discography. If you like to check them out their debut is the best place to start or check out some of their bootlegs from the 80's (Ritz Detroit 1986 or Harpo's Detroit 1985) as those are probably the stuff that gives the best insight in why Halloween has gained a pretty large cult following. They really did rock pretty good back in the days!

I basically agree with these ranks, though I would probably swap ranks 4 and 5.
The first three albums are their best, in the order you display, though no big margins between them (ratings between 6.9 and 6.5 for me).
Their two later albums are not good. They are both much too long for their own good.
I slightly prefer their 2006 album because it has at least some decent first 35-40 minutes. From the 2012 album on the contrary I only enjoy two tracks (Not One and Hands Around My Throat).

I've never heard of any of these albums.
I'll look into it.

Agree, both albums should have been cut by atleast 20 minutes. Horror Fire has some excellent songs (Nobody's Home, The Crush, Candles...) but also plenty of trash. From what I remember I liked Terrortory quite a bit, way overlong but kind of fun
