It's a crime against music & good taste for "To Perceive Is to Suffer" to be rated at only 6.7/10 (19 votes). It would seem to some that this is an average release judging by its current rating. What a perverse joke, disservice & disrespect for the obvious talent Contrarian contains. Your average snobby metalstorm community member doesn't possess a 1/10 of such masterclass tech/prog playstyle instrument skill or gift to compose such complex yet fun songs to listen to & yet he/she feels entitled to rate this showcase of talent as almost mediocre. It feels like some noob raters think albums like this get out every Friday so they are like "Meehh"?! 😑
Passionate, experienced & hard working musicians poured their souls into it, so have some respect cretins. 9/10.
