Black Magick SS also made that shift in style, but you can actually feel them lean towards pop more and more throughout their discography

It's more of a general vibe as you go through their discography, but the core is still very much blackened prog-rock. Rainbow Nights definitely has more pop vibe than previous stuff, particularly the track "Get Out". Compare that to the old EPs like the Black Abyss...
