Fair play, I didn't really like the first album, and I don't overly like this, but nobody can say they're not musically ambitious - last song comes out of nowhere, a 90s alt/shoegaze-style song played with the same St Anger kit as the rest of the album

I wasn't impressed with their previous release either, so I wasn't expecting to be blown away by this. However, I find this release to be slightly more engaging, I admire the experimentation, although not all of it sinks in well with me, and there's some pretty cool drumming, especially on "Funeral Of Self", although as a whole I find the track a challenge to sit through, especially when considering how wacky the structure is for the tracks length.

Overall, it's not bad, but it's certainly a challenging listen, and yes, the last track is bonkers, it has a kinda psychedelic effect to it.
