Just received a sampler with my Rock Tribune with a song (Nonus Sacramentum-Obsidium)from the new Enthroned.
Interesting piece of black metal. If this is the standard for the whole album, we've might get a top 10 black metal release of 2012.

The album is streaming on Terrorizer's webpage and I've just listened to it. It's actually a pretty good album, finally! Definitely their best since Lord Sabathan left. I can't wait now to have the actual copy in my hands.

Pretty standard material here. Wasn't expecting much more than that but it gets the job done. Traditional, to-the-point, no gimmicks or weirdness. Just black metal.

Very standard for Enthroned, but still solid and the aggressive musicianship mostly makes up for a slight lack of originality. It is essentially black metal as Enthroned have done it for the last decade or so, and few can blame the band for not wanting to change that sound. Highlights for me are "Horns Aflame" and "The final Architect".
