Some really great tracks on this album, 3, 5, 7 and 8 in particular stood out. Silfen Paths was a good experiment and FTL (lol) was so peaceful.

I just listened to "F.T.L.". I had high expectations based on the staff pick and, well, I wasn't disappointed by any means. If anything, I was still unprepared for what I heard, it's that good!

Nice, very nice.

New themes, no overusage of the power metal characteristics but yet enought so that they can be discribed as a power metal band. It's really funny that they sounded so energetic and fast for the futuristic theme that almost all the time is treated like a slow peaced and trippy thing.

For me the best power metal album of 2013 by a considerable margin.

The comments here compel me to check this out very soon. How fortunate I am to have MS Community to count on - thanks good folks!!

Just finished an audition of the release courtesy of a mate, good chorus from "Burn The Sky":
"Heavens fall when we burn the sky - We are heading out, you're the sacrifice
End the space race and burn the sky - And you will never make it out of here alive"

It's about time we had a power metal album at the top of the ratings. (even if it'll last no longer than a day)

Yes! Some more great power metal from my country! Norway is really turning into a great place for prog and power metal. Finally I can go to a random show and not expect only black or death metal bands.

1- This can't be considered a symphonic power metal album, i can barely find the symphonic influences.
2- Although i'm not a big fan of power metal but i really liked this album.
3- The solos are great.

Agreed, a lot of nifty progressive, power and avant-gard albums from Norway this year!
