Not really my thing at the end of the day but Ingested are probably amongst the best I've heard from the genre. By best I mean least offensive and annoying. They seem to avoid a lot of the irritating tropes and have a decent amount of songwriting chops going on. Fun live band too.

Haha fair enough .

For a brutal death metal album this is mostly average, though I did quite like the melodic nature of 'Penance' and the slight bit of variety in 'I, Despoiler'.
