Leng Tch'e is a band that plays some quite passable and pleasant grindcore that doesn't really excel at anything. Hypomanic is more of the same slightly above-average grind-death with a hardcore edge from these Belgian musicians.

I am a huge Grindcore fan, yeah most people around here know this already; I opened the review with that phrase for one reason: now people won't say, "Hey this dude knows shit about Grindcore, no wonder he disliked the album and stuff"....
