The history of Misth begins in the 90s when Mary Rådsten sang in the band One More Time who reaped great success with their megahit "Highland" that gave them gold records and high chart positions all over the world.

The other members of One More Time went on creating great pop music, but little did they know that Maria Rådsten had her mind set on something much rockier and heavier...

Misth was formed when Mary Rådsten teamed up with Stockholm band Mercury Fang who after two critically acclaimed records decided to move on in their careers and go for something completely new.

Misth's music combines the attitude, versitality and energy of progressive hardrock/metal with radio-friendly choruses, melodies and vocals of absolute world class!
