Biography
Made of Iron have been founded in 1999. The band, consisting of Nicko (guitars), Jim (vocals), Andreas (bass) and Daniel (drums) worked the first years as Iron Maiden cover band. After about 30 gigs the band members decided to compose their own songs. So in December 2002 the demo CD "Made Of Iron" was released and in March 2003 the demo CD "King Of All Kings".
Both demos only received positive reviews, in numerous Heavy Metal magazines and webzines, because the enthusiasm of the fans was big that in the year 2003 a band managed to compose such songs, reminding of the NWoBHM. So Made of Iron proved that Heavy Metal is more alive than ever.
The trademark of the band are the 2 guitar bass harmonies, the powerful and melodic solos, the charismatic vocals and the dynamic drums. Each song is arranged and played very well, which speaks for the creativity of the band.
Made of Iron have proven a lot that to play live is their biggest strength. So they could build a good reputation with the fans on numerous events, because by their dynamic stage show they firmly hold the crowd in their hand from the first minute on. In May the first single will be released on vinyl and the band works on new songs and searches for a suited label.
