Band was formed in December, 2007 by Loki (guitar) and Devourer (vocals). During its life Warder performed series of good shows and had time to share stage with such monsters of Russian metal scene as Septory, Ashen Light, Shturm, Demons of Guillotine, Sinful, Crystal Abyss and others, and also had received honor to become support-band on such bands as Maroon and veterans of death metal Kataklysm. In the beginning of 2010 on independent label RM-Records band released their first full-length album 'Earth Soul Devoured', which was highly appreciated by critics and recognized as "an uncompromising, lethal material for true death metal fans and others". The music of Warder is a fast technical death metal, thus band members don’t put themselves any style limits by adding elements of black metal, grindcore and other metal genres into their music.
