Suffer in Silence was born in autumn 2002 when the guitarist/singer Patrick after a few experiences in local groups decided to create a group for himself to express totally his own ideas. In collaboration with the first drummer he started to compose songs, and after a few months the rest of the band arrived. From there a few live concerts started, among the songs covers of Deicide and Carcass. Everything was fine, many projects going on but unfortunately in spring 2004 the band broke down. After a long search finally S.I.S. returned at the end of 2005 with a different line-up, united, stronger than ever and ready to have some new concerts. In May 2006 the group recorded three songs at Fear Studio with a good result: the first demo took the same name as the band itself. In 2007 the song "Dreams of Glory" appeared in the CD of extreme Italian bands 'Torment Compilation Vol. 1'. In winter 2007 there was another change of line-up, the new guitarist of the band being Cristian (ex-Baratro). In April-May 2009 the band returned to the studio to record 9 songs + an intro, the new cd entitled 'Brutal Realities'. In November 2009 the band signed with SG Records, and in January 2010 the new album is out, distributed by 7hard.
