Basement Torture Killings described by Metal Hammer "As a death metal perversity in knitted cardigans and tweed" have been playing their murderous serial killing death metal. Since the winter of 2007 quickly gaining a reputation as one of the UK's most depraved acts. Their music is violence personified with a stage show straight from your worst nightmare.

The band released their first EP The First Cumming in 2008. This saw them tour with death metal veterans Avulsed and also led to the band being signed to UK metal label Arcane Productions. The band was also featured in Terrorizer magazines annual "Unsigned Band" poll.

The debut album The Second Cumming was released in 2010 with much media praise. Terrorizer magazine described the release as "An impressive display of gore splattered death metal" whilst Zero Tolerance stated "The Second Cumming is a sick, merciless triumph".

Following the release this group of deviants took their murder to the live arena once again this time not only in their native UK but also around Europe clocking up miles with the likes of Deicide, Prostitute Disfigurement, General Surgery, Malevolent Creation, Beheaded and others.

The band's debut video for the song "Severed Head Fellatio" was released in the Spring of 2012, directed by Phil Berridge (Aborted, Cerebral Bore, etc) the video is an uncompromising glimpse of the crimes committed by Basement Torture Killings.

Basement Torture Killings are breath of fresh air to the death metal community. Fusing old school death gore grind with a visual presentation that is as shocking as it is intoxicating. The future is looking good with the only certainty that many more victims will fall under there knife.
