Biography
Arbitrator is a project that began in late 2010 under the guidance of Robert Kukla as its producer, song writer, vocalist, guitarist, bassist and programmer, and was officially announced with the band's debut EP release, The Consummate Ascendancy on April 9th 2011, with Robert along side Corey Chernesky who played the drums.
From the western part of Canada, Arbitrator brings forth a Christ-hating fusion of techno and Swedish-style death metal. With the release of The Consummate Ascendancy, Arbitrator's journey to creating the most dominating industrial death metal has begun
After constant conflicts on the band's future direction between Corey and Robert, Corey was kicked out shortly after the EP release. Determined to release a full-length to top The Consummate Ascendancy, Robert has begun writing the band's first album with a whole new arsenal of musicians, working to present a performance of fire and hate unlike any other before it.
