Witherfall was formed in 2013, after Jake Dreyer (guitar) and Joseph Michael's (vocalist) stint in White Wizzard. Adam Sagan, who had previously worked with Jake Dreyer on the critically acclaimed debut instrumental EP, In The Shadows Of Madness, joined as their drummer. After forming together, the trio quickly set to recording their debut album, and after three years, the album's production, mixing, and mastering was complete. Their debut album, Nocturnes and Requiems, was released on February 10th, 2017. Sadly, Adam Sagan passed away in December of 2016, before the album release. The band will, however, continue forward with new music, including touring.
